(研究所碩士班 )【第109學年第2學期：A班】<br>The objective of this course is to introduce and discuss some fundamental concepts and topics in cost management accounting. These concepts and topics should equip students with the knowledge and skills useful in planning and formulation of business policies, in the interpretation of cost and managerial information, in preparing budgets, and in controlling performance of business units, in solving strategic business problems, in coordinating operations, in motivating employees, and in evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of business units. Also, this course will be useful for helping students prepare the CPA examination.
